Mozzarella from Hohentengen

The milk for the mozzarella is provided by our partner Ernst Mayer on the Hagelsburg in Hohentengen. His dairy farm produces especially tasty milk. Our local mozzarella is made fresh on a daily basis in our small cheese dairy without the use of preservatives. The milk is no more than 8 to 12 hours old at the beginning of the process and thus still has all of its nutritional value.
