Baking with body and soul

Bread with the Bodabeck’ character. Every day, the traditional baker from Sigmaringendorf supplies us with freshly-baked goods, produced the old-fashioned way.
The most important ingredients for the ‘Bodabeck’ also come from the local region: the flour from Gammertingen and Bittelschieß, spelt and wheat for the various whole grain products come from the organic farmer Pröbstle in Scheer and are freshly milled every day at the in-house mill. On top of this, we harvest the apples for delicious apple pies and strudel from our own orchard – organic, of course.
