Products from our region
We cook with heart and soul, and take care to use local products and prepare local dishes which are free of preservatives and flavour enhancers.
We will spoil you with typical regional Swabian cooking. Our traditional specialities include Galloway products from our own pastured cattle.

Our dishes are made from the best ingredients from our region.
We also place great emphasis on gluten-free cooking. For this reason, items on our menu are labelled ‘lactose-free’ and ‘gluten-free’.

Our own Galloway cattle
Raising our own Galloway cattle in the orchards on the Häselberg allows us to offer you beef of the highest quality. Being raised out on the pasture means that the cattle grow slowly, producing meat of excellent quality. In summer, the cattle exclusively eat herbs and grasses. In winter, they are fed straw and hay from our own pastures.

What began with a small inn in Sigmaringendorf in 1871 has now developed into a cosy traditional guesthouse with a hotel.
