We cook with heart and soul, and take care to use local products and prepare local dishes which are free of preservatives and flavour enhancers. Our traditional specialities include Galloway products from our own pastured cattle.

Farming

Raising our own Galloway cattle in the orchards on the Häselberg allows us to offer you beef of the highest quality. Being raised out on the pasture means that the cattle grow slowly, producing meat of excellent quality.
